Letter of intent (LOI) was signed in LAGOS, NIGERIA (31/10/2018) between Arab Women in the Maritime Association (AWIMA) and Women in Maritime Africa (WIMAFRICA),By AWIMA President Ms. Wijdan A. Alsuhaibani, Permanent Director of AWIMA General Secretariat Ms. Shireene M. Galal & WIMAFRICA President Mrs. Jean Chiazor Anishere, WIMAFRICA Trustee Ms. Rosa B. F. Sobrinho & The purpose of this letter is to set out the terms of reference (TOR) for a closer collaboration AWIMA / WIMAFRICA, aiming to agree on the Terms of Reference for future development of the proposed Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between AWIMA and WIMAFRICA (herein abbreviated as Arab WIMA and African WIMA).
