March is the Month of Happiness and Spring.

Its the month of birth for hope and goals.

Its the month of the Woman that her role in life is beyond the sky.

Thats why SheEo maritime Organization decided to make it special.

SheEo Maritime  organization launch in 8th of march Leadership maritime Course for Women seafarers world wide. With the cooperation of IMO as IMO is the sponsor for this course. There were plenty of female candidates around the world from different organizations  ( wima , wista , Awima, etc).

Only 30 ones were selected from worldwide. Awima had an effective role to make me join this course, From Egypt, Mrs. Nadin Said had participated and From Oman,Mrs. Zahra El Lawaty participated. The rest of the participants are from 19 different countries. Nadine and other 7 ladies have been selected to speak in the opening ceremony for the course launching on 8th of March at the launch ceremony on the 8th of March.

The conference started by a word from  Mr. Lim , IMO Secretary General followed by Mrs. Sanjam , Founder of Maritime SheEO.

Mrs. Nadin Said , said:

It was such an honor for me to be one of the 8 speakers selected from the 30 candidates to discuss our expectations from the program. There was a lot of thoughts and issues raised up through the conference. There were also more than 190 participants from all over the world.

Concerning the course : The course contains 8 weeks started from 12th march and will End by 20th may.

The program is meant to cover four primary themes through digital learning, live sessions, and coaching:

    Growth Mindset,Leadership, Strategic Acumen and Personal Branding.
    The Live Sessions: Three live sessions on Growth Mindset, Situational Leadership, and Strategic Acumen
    Digital Learning Modules:
        Mandatory:
            Critical Thinking & Problem Solving
            Influencing & Presentation Skills
        Add-on Modules:
            Fundamentals of Finance
            Fundamentals of Strategy
            Making Presentations Like a Pro
            Understanding and Managing Stakeholders.

The course covered a-lot of life essentially skills.

The course lectures are uploaded  through digital Learing and  live Sesseions.
