Emirati women play a pivotal role in the maritime sector, having proven their competence and leadership in advancing the UAE’s maritime development. They have contributed to strengthening the country's position as a global hub for maritime transport and services. The UAE continues to empower women and enhance their presence across various areas of the sector — from leadership and management to research, development, and innovation — in line with the UAE Vision 2031.
