Mrs. Wijdan A. Alsuhaibani

Biography

A Saudi national, Wijdan A. Alsuhaibani was also elected the President of Arab Women in Maritime Association ‎‎(AWIMA), a platform established by the International Maritime Organization (IMO – a UN agency) and Arab Women ‎in the Maritime Sector in October 2017 to bring together the Arab region’s women working in different ‎sectors of the maritime industry. ‎As the President of AWIMA, Alsuhaibani was also a part of the Saudi delegation for the 30th IMO Assembly held in London November 2017.

Wijdan Alsuhaibani also has been the Branding and Communications Manager at Bahri since ‎October 2016. Based in Riyadh, she is responsible for developing and maintaining branding ‎strategy and standards, in addition to managing marketing and communications for Bahri, a ‎global leader in transportation and logistics. Alsuhaibani brings to the company more than ‎ten years’ experience in managerial positions in corporate and government marketing, ‎product and resource management across education, maritime, and healthcare ‎sectors. ‎

Previously, Alsuhaibani held various positions at Riyadh-based digital marketing company eTree, Global ‎Healthcare Company, and Phi Marketing and Communications. An ‎experienced trainer, Alsuhaibani also trained students at the Institute of Banking in Riyadh.
